CRM Terms & Conditions 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) services provided by [Your Company Name] ("Provider") to its clients ("Client"). By using the CRM services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Services Provided 2.1 The Provider agrees to provide CRM services to the Client as described in the service agreement between the parties. 2.2 The CRM services may include but are not limited to customer data management, lead tracking, communication management, and reporting tools. 3. Access and Use 3.1 The Client will be provided with access credentials to the CRM platform. The Client is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of these credentials. 3.2 The Client agrees to use the CRM services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. 3.3 The Client agrees not to use the CRM services to transmit any material that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others. 4. Fees and Payment 4.1 The Client agrees to pay the Provider the fees as outlined in the service agreement between the parties. 4.2 Fees are payable [monthly/quarterly/annually] in advance and are non-refundable. 5. Data Protection 5.1 The Provider agrees to take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the Client's data stored within the CRM platform. 5.2 The Provider will not disclose the Client's data to any third party without the Client's consent, except as required by law. 6. Intellectual Property 6.1 The Client acknowledges that the CRM platform and any related materials provided by the Provider are protected by intellectual property rights. 6.2 The Client agrees not to modify, adapt, or reverse engineer the CRM platform or any related materials without the Provider's prior written consent. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the CRM services. 7.2 The Provider's total liability under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Provider during the preceding [12 months]. 8. Termination 8.1 Either party may terminate the CRM services upon [X days/weeks] written notice to the other party if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions. 9. Governing Law 9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. 10.
